Employed by Ojai Oil Company since 1992, and presently acting as corporate Vice President / Treasurer and senior property manager for all self storage property operations.
Raised in Castro Valley, California. Employed by Ojai Oil Company since 2001 and presently acting as corporate assistant secretary/treasurer, office manager, and senior accounting manager.
Raised in Camarillo, California. Obtained an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands and BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Ryan has a background in technology and business strategy. Ryan has worked on and off at Ojai Oil Company and recently here since 2011. He is presently acting as director of technology, property manager, mineral trust manager, and new business manager.
Raised in Ventura, California. Attended CSU Chico, completing a BS in Recreation Administration. Shawn has a varied background in the construction industry and property management. Employed by Ojai Oil Company since 2012 and presently acting as a property manager.
Born and raised in Ventura, California. Over twenty-five years experience as a full charge bookkeeper. Employed by Ojai Oil in 2015 as accounting manager for seven self storage facilities.
Raised in Clinton, Iowa. Attended Iowa State University, completing a BS in Math and Accounting and attaining his CPA. Employed part time by Ojai Oil Company since 2004 as accounting auditor and other accounting functions.
Born and raised in Camarillo, California. Obtained his BS in Business Administration from CSUCI in 2012. Hired originally as an intern starting in 2011, Lucas became a full time assistant property manager in 2017. During his time at Ojai, Lucas has worked behind the counter at nearly all of our self storage facilities and this brings a unique perspective to property management.
Raised in Ventura, California. Attended UC San Diego, completing a BA in Psychology with an AS in Architectural Technology from Utah Community College. Tracy is presently acting as corporate Vice President / Secretary and manages our organic extra virgin olive oil, Sisar Creek Olive Oil.
